Capture One 23 Pro: A New Realm of Frustration or a Smart Adjustments Revolution?

Confusingly, I see Capture One wanting to find my catalog when launching the new version for Windows. Does MY catalog show up, does anything that looks like my settings show up? Launching the new Capture One and entering a new realm of frustration is not exactly what I had in mind.

But, after logging in to authorize an already authorized version (WHEW!), I was relieved to find that this latest update brings some exciting changes.
